Whether you are new to management or a seasoned professional there will be times when the support of a coach can provide you with the boost you need to either do your current role better or to move yourself up the corporate ladder.

You may be very fortunate and work in an organisation that will support your personal development or you may have to look outside the organisation to find the help you need. A supportive coach will help you to reach new heights in your career.

The following list is not exhaustive, but if you answer yes to at least one of the questions (on behalf of yourself or somebody who works for you) then coaching will definitely benefit you and your organisation:

  • Have you recently been promoted and find yourself lacking in confidence or doubting your ability to do your new role?
  • Is there something holding you back from getting the job, promotion or salary you really want?
  • Not sure what the next career step should be?
  • Do you have relationship problems with somebody you work with?
  • Are you part of a team that's just not getting the results you think it should?
  • Are you consistently being 'pulled up' by your managers for time management, performance or productivity issues?
  • Do you need 'coaching' out of the organisation and on to different opportunities?
  • Are you stressed out and need to find a way of getting your work/life balance back?
