The following list is not exhaustive, but if you answer yes
to at least one of the questions (on behalf of yourself or
somebody who works for you) then coaching will definitely
benefit you and your organisation:
- Have you recently been promoted and find yourself
lacking in confidence or doubting your ability to do your
new role?
- Is there something holding you back from getting the
job, promotion or salary you really want?
- Not sure what the next career step should be?
- Do you have relationship problems with somebody you work
with?
- Are you part of a team that's just not getting the
results you think it should?
- Are you consistently being 'pulled up' by your managers
